I made yet another render, this time merely inspired by real life counterparts. The scene does not actually exist, therefore I dont have any reference images to show. This time I experimented more with composition, lighting and storytelling aswell as the creation of a unique HDRI map inside my residence.To cut down on render time, I decided to only render a couple of frames of the zoom animation and stitched the resulting renders into a large super-render. In a new scene I zoomed into the newly created super-render. I added a scene overview at the bottom of this post.Everything was rendered within Blender using Cycles. Most materials are procedural to some degree, both Megascans and Poliigon roughness maps came in handy. Some color grading and adjustment of the render passes such as indirect lighting and transmission was done in Photoshop.
