This project was made to highlight the power of instancing and appending collections within Blender 2.9x. An earlier version of this project is featured at the beginning of the youtube video listed on this post. Mobile suits based on the RX-78 were mass-produced heavily within the UC timeline. Combining the numerous attachments available from the variants while greatly increasing the power output, the RX-78J and the RX-M were created. To compete with the current generation of mobile suits (post UC 0096), the RX-M was designed to be extremely maneuverable and could fill almost any role on the battlefield outside of a space colony.
