Earth 2 is one of versions of Metropolis in another dimension that has already been taken over by Brainiac. At the start of the game, the player finds themselves in Earth 2 learning the mechanics of each characters traversal mechanics.

The Boomer tutorial area ended up involving a lot of assets I worked on for the Hampstead Market area, so I had the opportunity to warp and change the buildings to fit into the style of Earth 2. This was one of the only Earth 2 areas I got to work on, but I really enjoyed switching up the style of work towards the end of the production. I took the area from rough blockout to final art. A lot of assets were developed by various artists in house and by outsource.
