This Node-System creates a tree or branching pattern originating at a root. The basic algorithm uses a recursive function which is calling itself over and over. Since this is not possible in Substance Designer, I created a whole system of nodes, which can be combined in countless different ways. So you can achieve almost any branching pattern you like.
The node system consists of different Data- and Drawing-Nodes the Data-Nodes generate the new data by calculating new data according to the input data, from the previous node. The Drawing-Nodes draw the pattern generated from one or more Data-Nodes.
