After a great week of training in Houdini with Simon Fiedler I made this piece to test the Houdini C4D Workflow.The mesh was created entirely in Houdini. Then exported to C4D and then shaded and rendered in Octane.I used Dirt (mostly as mask) to get the destinction between metal and the organic looking parts.The scene is lit with 3 area lights.Tech SpecsGenerated in HoudiniTextured shaded lit and rendered in Octane C4D.Rendered in 4K 4096 X 2160 px.Render time was around 10min on 3 GTX 980ti
