The Metropolis City Hall sits at the back of the city, near LexCorp. The district has a law firm, a pharmaceuticals company, and some high end hotel and commercial buildings with flying car parking garage.

I took the level from an early first pass to final. I had some great guidance from my Lead and colleagues as this part of the city developed. My responsibilities were to take the level from blockout to final, focusing on buildings, unique structures, setdressing with an emphasis on story telling, giving this part of the city a unique personality, as well as polish and bugfixing, etc. A lot of assets were developed by various artists in house and by outsource. Lighting in this area was done by Ashley McKenzie.
